How the Process Works:
RCS works closely with your HR staff and hiring officials to clearly define your expectations for filling your position openings.
For direct hires reaching a minimum of 90 days of employment, RCS will charge your firm a reasonable 15% placement fee for finding and finalizing this specialized hire. This one-time fee is based on the new employee's starting annual gross base salary. This fee is half the price of the industry standard for niche positions. Please ask about our Promotional Specials! We will not collect a fee if our candidate is terminated for cause or resigns during the first 90 days of service. Your organization will NOT be billed until the new hire completes this evaluation period. This is one of the many ways that we guarantee the right long-term match!
There is no obligation to hire. If you choose not to hire one of our candidates, there is never a fee, even if the candidate completes an on-site interview.
Do you need proposal support? We can provide applicants on a contingency basis! We will not charge a placement fee until the task order has been funded AND our candidate has been working with you for a minimum of 90 days!
